By using AFP Funding Request™ you are going directly to the bank. But, instead of contacting each bank individually you are contacting several banks at one time.

A. Each lender has their individual terms and conditions for the loan. Interest rates vary and equity requirements vary. By having several lenders looking at your loan will allow you to choose the best loan for your needs.

The projects that you submit go directly to the bank official who will be contacting you. When going out to find the right funding on your own, this can be a tedious process. The lenders that receive your projects strive to give the best deal they can for you. Knowing multiple lenders will be receiving your project you can choose which lender will work best for you.

To get started you just need to complete our online project submittal form. The contact information that you need to provide on this form will be used by the lenders to contact you. The project information is what the lender will use to initially evaluate what they can do for your project.

We require the location of the project, we require the type of project you are trying to find funding for, we would like to know whether or not you already own the land, what the use of this project will be for and a budget for the construction of the project. Any additional information that is pertinent to your project you may use the project description field. The more precise info you can give the lenders the better they will be able to service you.

Lenders will be contacted in the same state your project is located with exceptions for some lenders who will fund projects in other states.

Our lenders specialize in residential and commercial construction loans.

Your project information will be sent immediately to the lending institutions. Once they have reviewed your project you will be contacted within a few days.

We do not guarantee you will be contacted by a lender. If you have not been contacted within a few days you may resubmit your project.

We do not require for you to submit your tax id numbers. The lender may require additional information after you have chosen to go with them.
